Standard Delivery

We offer same day ‘pack and dispatch’ for all orders placed by 3 pm. All items are sent via Australia Post.  Once your order has been processed you will receive a shipment email containing your consignment number so you can track its delivery. Alternatively, you can find your consignment number by logging into your account & checking your order history. If you would like a delivery update, we recommend tracking your order online with your consignment number.

Express Delivery

Express post is available to Australia and is calculated based on your order. Please use our postage calculator or our checkout page to calculate express postage. We deliver on the next business day if your order is placed before 3 pm on a business day (Monday to Friday), and your shipping address is within the Australia Post express post network. If you are outside this network, standard post delivery times apply. All orders are sent from Adelaide.

International Delivery

Please allow at least three weeks for international delivery.

Our items are despatched complying with Australian postal rules and we use Australia Post for international delivery. Each country has their own rules and guidelines regarding any customs or service tax that may be charged on collection of your parcel in your country. tommytwice.com is not liable for any international customs or service tax charges.
